Refund policy

We are offering full returns on our clothing styles.

Even though we a small independent brand, we know how important it is for our customers to feel at ease when placing an order. 

Most of our styles are adjustable or oversized, so there is no need to order multiple sizes with a hope to return.

Return Policy: Items can be returned to us within 15 days of purchase. All items must be returned unworn in their original condition with labels attached. Customer will cover return postage fee (unless deemed faulty).

If you feel your item is faulty, please email us as soon as your receive your order on melcistudiostore@gmail.com, so we can assist you straight away.  

Please note we are currently not accepting returns on our accessories, bags, tote bags and jewellery.

As soon as we have received, assessed and approved your package, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
